Current Covid Protocol

Symptoms - Please do not attend a session if you are feeling unwell or have been in touch with someone who has has symptoms of Covid’19.

Participant numbers - for the foreseeable future we will have a maximum of 6 participants in each class. each participant is permitted to attend with only 1 parent or carer unless by prior arrangement and at the discretion of the club manager.

Entry & Exit - All participants are asked to enter the club via the side doors sanitising their hands before entering, queue on the markers in the corridor whilst waiting for the coach to let them into the trampoline hall for the session

Trampoline Hall - in the hall and during the session please remain in your designated station / area. only move from this area when the “rotation and changeover phase” of the sessions.

Face masks - it is mandatory for parents or carers to wear a face mask for the duration of the class.

Payments - we are now only able to offer payment by either BACS or contactless card payment within the hall, we can no longer accept cash or cheques as fee payments.

Accessible areas - the only other area accessible prior to, during and after your assigned session is the toilets. The gymnastics hall will be locked and is not available to rest in between active periods on the trampolines.

Track & Trace - we will be using our customer database to adhere to the track and trace system.
